Measured, not marketed

How well this actually works

Not every Google Maps place has a match in Apple Maps, and no tool can change that. This page publishes the real share that matched — recalculated from live conversion data, including the list sizes where it works worst. Know what you'll keep before you start.

It gets harder as your list gets bigger

Large lists match worse than small ones. They reach further from home, contain more small independent businesses, and include more places that have closed or been renamed since you saved them. The highlighted row is where we currently do our worst work.

How this is measured

These figures come from the same query that produces our internal baseline, against the same database that runs the conversions. There is no separate marketing number.

Why publish a number that isn't flattering?
Until 5 September 2026 this site claimed a match rate of "85–98%". That was wrong, and it was the source of most of our worst reviews — people were measuring us against a figure we had invented. The number above is whatever the data says today, and it is served from the database rather than typed into a page, so it cannot quietly drift out of date again. Our target is 85%. We will not claim it until we hit it.
